Submit a travel insurance claim
To submit a claim, identify the type of claim you are making (emergency medical care, trip cancellation or interruption, or baggage) and read the corresponding instructions.

All claim forms must be signed and completed in full, and all relevant original and supporting documentation must be submitted. Make copies of all documents for your records, as they will not be returned.
